Data protection made easy Feature: Automatic cleanups

With the automatic cleanup jobs, you can specify a time at which event or guest data should be automatically deleted after the purpose of the data usage has been fulfilled.

This applies to event data that can be deleted X days after an event, guest master data from the address book that is no longer assigned to an event or registrations for which the DOI email has not been confirmed.

In the Free subscription, you can initiate these cleanups manually; this feature allows you to run the cleanup automatically in certain cycles.
