Your events at a glance

On this page you will find all events for which you have registered with a specific email address.

Access your event overview

You have two options for accessing the event page:

  1. The easiest way is via the link you receive in every email from guestoo. Just click on it - done!
  2. If you have a password-protected account, you can simply go to https://app.guestoo.de/guest and log in with your email address and password.
    You can find out how to create a password-protected account under "Account/Profile"

In your event overview, you will find all events for which you have registered with your email address. Depending on the status of the registration, you have different options (edit registration data, cancel, have tickets resent, request a new confirmation link, etc.).

We divide the overview into the following areas:

  • Open registrations
    You have signed up for these events. However, the organizer has not yet confirmed or canceled your participation.
  • Confirmed registrations
    The organizer has confirmed your participation in the event.
  • Unconfirmed registrations
    You have signed up for the event but have not yet clicked on the link in the confirmation email. Without this confirmation, you cannot complete your registration for the event.

    If the email has not arrived, you also have the option of having it resent to you here.

  • Open invitations
    You have been invited to these events, but have not yet signed up or canceled.
  • Event participations canceled by you
    You have signed up for these events, but then canceled your participation again.

  • I have a question about my registration, where can I get an answer?

    You will find the organizer's contact details in every email you receive through guestoo. If there are no technical issues, please contact the organizer directly. You will also find all the information about the organizer on the event page.

  • I have not received the confirmation link. How can I request it again?

    You can either register for the event again using the same email address. guestoo will then suggest that you resend the link. Or you can go directly to your event overview and click on “Request confirmation link again” at the event.

  • How do I access my event page if I have neither received an email nor have a password-protected account?

    Go to https://app.guestoo.de/guest and request the link again.

  • What happens if I cancel my participation in an event?

    If you cancel your participation in an event, the organizer will be informed by email. The event will be displayed in your overview as “ Cancelled”. If there are still places available in the event, you can sign up for the event again at any time, but you may have to wait for the organizer's confirmation again.
