Active events are those that are not archived or in the “Offline” status.
You can have guestoo automatically set the events to “Offline” X days after the expiration date or manually change this setting.

You can prepare and test events in the “Offline” status.
However, registration for the event is only possible if you set an event to “private” or “public”. This makes it count as an active event.
If you are preparing an event, you can leave it set to “Offline” and it will not count as an active event.
