Our API and the Excel export provide you with all the data you need to design individual invitations and admission tickets (using the Word serial letter function or in collaboration with a printing company of your choice). Whether printed, from your own CRM system or your newsletter system.

Some events are so exclusive that you want to send out a special invitation. Sometimes not all guests' email addresses are known. Invitation codes are available to make it easier for guests to register or to give only the invited people access to the website and registration form. These codes are valid individually for each guest and can be passed on to print shops using our Excel export. Blank codes can also be created if you want to distribute the invitations at trade fairs or other similar events.
