Automatic Check-in & Check-out [translations pending]

(Pro subscription and higher)

Here you can specify whether your guests should be checked in and/or out automatically.

Event > Settings > Section "Automatic Check-in & Check-out"


Note: If you cannot see this section, it is probably hidden.

In order to display it, scroll to the bottom of the “Settings” tab and click on “Show more options”.
There you can set which sections should be displayed and which should be hidden so that you have a better overview. :)

Automatic Check-in

Automatic Check-in -

You can choose between the following options for the automatic check-in:

 

No automatic check-in

  • Guests are not automatically checked in immediately after confirming their registration for the event site.
  • The check-in staff on site must check the guests in manually (if required).
  • Recommended for:
    • Events where the staff is to check the tickets on site
    • Private events where no check-in is required
    • etc.

Immediately after confirmation

  • Guests are automatically checked in as soon as their registration for the event is confirmed (either automatically or manually by you)
  • Recommended for: 
    • Events where you only want to organize the registration with QR code without the staff checking the registrations
    • Online events
    • etc.

At the start of the event

  • Guests are automatically checked in as soon as the event starts
  • Recommended for:
    • Events without a check-in control
    • Online events
    • etc.

Automatic Check-out

You can choose between the following options for the automatic check-out:

 

No automatic check-out

  • The guests will not be checked out automatically.
  • The check-in staff on site must check the guests out manually (if required).
  • Recommended for:
    • Events where on-site staff are required to monitor the check-out
    • Private Veranstaltungen bei denen weder Check-in noch Check-out benötigt wird
    • usw.

Zeitgesteuert nach Check-in

  • Die Gäste werden automatisch x Minuten nach dem Check-in wieder ausgecheckt
  • Wenn Du diese Option auswählst, musst Du im neu erscheinenden Feld die Anzahl der Minuten angeben, nach denen die Gäste wieder automatisch ausgecheckt werden sollen
  • Empfehlenswert für: 
    • Events mit begrenzter Aufenthaltsdauer
    • Events ohne Personal, das den Check-out beaufsichtigt
    • usw.

Alle Gäste immer um Mitternacht auschecken

  • Die Gäste werden automatisch um Mitternacht ausgecheckt
  • Empfehlenswert für: 
    • Events, die um Mitternacht enden
    • Events ohne Personal, das den Check-out beaufsichtigt
    • usw.
