Language

Here you can specify the language in which your event should be displayed to your guests - regardless of the language of the browser they are using.
Depending on the subscription you use, you have various options here. Subscriptions & Prices

Event > Settings > Section "Language"

Note: If you cannot see this section, it is probably hidden.

In order to display it, scroll to the bottom of the “Settings” tab and click on “Show more options”.
There you can set which sections should be displayed and which should be hidden so that you have a better overview. :)

Du kannst für das guestoo Back-End zwischen zwei Darstellungsoptionen wählen. Die Screenshots in der Doku basieren auf dem "Klassischen Design".

Force language for event microsite -
Default setting

Normally, guestoo provides the guest with the event* & registration page* in the language stored in their profile or the language of the browser used. However, you can overwrite this default setting and force a language of your choice for all guests.

Important notes
  • This setting enforces the language you have set for the event page
  • Only use this setting if you are sure that all the guests you are expecting will understand this language
  • Please do not use this setting for multilingual events!

Differences in various subscription types
  • Pro subscription: Only the standard operating elements such as labels, button texts, etc. can be set in the respective language here
