Assign appointments at your events Feature: Timeslots

This feature is currently included free of charge in all subscription plans. We want to give you the opportunity to avoid queues and have your guests arrive at specific times. This way you always have control over who comes when.

Timeslots give you the opportunity to offer your guests appointments at an event, e.g. workshops, interviews, etc. You can limit the number of participants for each timeslot so that, for example, only 20 guests can attend a workshop. The guests themselves can save the appointments into their calendar. If you assign appointments at a trade fair, you can simply drag all the appointments into your calendar so that you always know exactly when which appointment is due with whom.
