Feature: From human to human

guestoo is not supposed to prevent personal contact entirely, but simply to make more time for the important things. We know that there are also people who don't have any internet access or particular technical knowledge. Therefore, everything in guestoo can also be maintained manually, e.g. if someone wants to sign up over the phone or just spontaneously appears on site.
