Can be activated per event Feature: Waiting list

If all the spots for an event are taken, you can still allow guests to register. When signing up, guests will be informed that they will be placed on a waiting list.
Once a spot becomes available, you can decide which guest you want to allow to move up (or simply proceed according to the registration date).
